Known Issue: Unable to load printer list with using Mobility Print on BYOD Devices

Some users are not able to obtain the list of printers from the Mobility Print client when using BYOD (personal) devices.  This happens when using the internal VPN gateway when on campus.

The workaround us to connect to the external VPN gateway when looking for printers in Mobility Print. Once the printer has been added to the device, you can use either VPN gateway to submit print jobs.
