The Graduate Admission Process is being upgraded. The Electronic Graduate Application System (eGAS) will be decommissioned on May 24, 2024, at 5 p.m. Starting May 27, applicants to graduate programs will use UWinsite Student to submit required documents and track the progress of their applications.

All buildings on campus are connected to the University's wired network. Network jacks are generally available in all offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, lecture halls, labs, as well in some public areas (hallways, open space, etc.). VMware is a virtualization platform that makes it possible to partition a single physical server into multiple virtual machines. Most of the University servers currently run as Virtual Machines (VMs) in our centralised VMware Virtual Environment.

Resolver Dispatch System allows Campus Police to log and monitor incidents. This incident management system allows reporting as well.

ReadyTrak allows Chemical Control Staff to distribute, track and bill for chemicals to Faculties, Projects and Departments on Campus.
IT Services provides general support for UWin Accounts as well as account creation, account deactivation, access changes for employees moving into new positions, onboarding and offboardings.
OneDrive is a file hosting and sharing service in Microsoft Cloud that is included in Office 365 suite of applications available to University of Windsor faculty, staff, and students. The current storage limit for OneDrive users is 1 TB.
There are several general purpose and specialised computer labs across campus. Some of these computer labs are maintained by departmental technicians while others are maintained by I.T. Services.
Faculty, staff and students who would like to use software that is not covered by any of the campus-wide licensing agreements can submit a request to purchase a license or renew/transfer existing license.
